Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of SizeGuard, a Shopify app provided by Keepline. By installing or using SizeGuard, you agree to these terms.

Service

SizeGuard provides read-only inventory monitoring, recent demand analysis, size-run exception detection, and optional email alerts based on data available through a merchant's Shopify store.

Merchant account and access

You must have authority to install apps and grant the permissions SizeGuard requests for the applicable Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for the accuracy of store data used by SizeGuard.

Billing and free trials

Paid plans, free trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled through Shopify's billing and app-pricing systems. Charges, if any, appear through Shopify according to the plan selected by the merchant. Development stores may be eligible for free testing where Shopify permits it.

Acceptable use

You may use SizeGuard only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the app to violate Shopify policies or applicable law.

Inventory guidance

SizeGuard provides operational guidance based on store data and configured rules. Its alerts, demand calculations, and reorder guidance are informational and do not guarantee future sales, inventory outcomes, or business results. Merchants remain responsible for purchasing and inventory decisions.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to operate SizeGuard reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-party services

SizeGuard depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Shopify and other service providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keepline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of SizeGuard.

Termination

You may stop using SizeGuard by uninstalling the app or ending your Shopify app subscription. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SizeGuard evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date.
