Getting started

1. Install SizeGuard from Shopify and select an available plan.
2. Open SizeGuard from the Apps section of Shopify Admin.
3. Confirm that your products use a recognized size option such as Size, US Size, UK Size, EU Size, Men's Size, or Women's Size.
4. Open Configure email alerts and choose the destination for inventory alerts.
5. SizeGuard will analyze inventory and recent order demand and surface size-run conditions that need attention.

What SizeGuard reads

SizeGuard uses read-only Shopify access for products, inventory, and recent order demand. It does not edit products, inventory quantities, orders, or customer records.

No size option detected

If the dashboard says no size option was detected, check that the relevant product has variants with a recognized size option name. SizeGuard only creates size-run analysis when it can identify a size dimension.

Email alerts

If a test email does not arrive, confirm the alert email in SizeGuard settings, check spam or promotions folders, and send the test again. Inventory alerts are only generated when SizeGuard detects an alert-worthy condition.

Billing

Subscriptions and trial status are managed by Shopify. Billing changes and cancellations should be completed through Shopify's app subscription experience.
